Good service for German brands

Great shop been going there for years..highly recommended

Very happy with the service at German Star Motors! I recently had valve cover gasket replaced on my BMW, along with some front suspension work and an alignment. Everything was done quickly and professionally because my car was ready the same day. The price was also about $400 cheaper than other shops I checked that specialize in European cars. I’ve definitely found my new go-to shop. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others!

Horrible experience with this place my son took his car here trusting these men to help him cash in hand took him almost a week to do the work excuse after excuse then when the work was finished, and my son took the car home, his car malfunctioned and he had to bring it back excuse after excuse again paid more money got it fixed took the car back again and the car malfunctioned again and it had to be taken back to be fixed almost $3000 later and these grown men wanna treat my young son horribly not caring that he’s been without his car for almost 2 weeks missing out on work and money having to get rides from me and anybody else who can help and they don’t even want to make it right with him with how much she had to spend on tows see how they messed up And their excuses they put on bad parts. Well, I don’t know what type of mechanic shop this is but a mechanic who installs a bad mechanical part should make it right to their customer especially after $3000. This will be reported this is not OK to treat anybody like that I do not advise anybody to trust this Shop or the people that work there

Yes i actually was please with the service. Did the work. Didn't feel i was being scammed. Brought my car in done the oil and antifreeze flush.

Literally any other shop is better to go to , Do not take your car here. I have spent over $2,700 across two visits with nothing but headaches and excuses. On my first visit for a transmission issue and leak, I requested a full inspection of the belts and pulleys. The day after I picked up my car, my transmission overheated for the first time ever because they failed to catch or mention failing thermostats or caused it, which they later blamed on my car instead of their diagnostic .Most recently, a pulley they installed failed completely and shredded my serpentine belt, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay $280 for a tow. They admitted on-site that the pulley they installed was defective and replaced the belt under warranty, but they flatly refused to reimburse my $280 towing fee. To make matters worse, the manager outright refused to put their denial in writing on the invoice and tried to appease me with a free $200 oil change, which only proves they know they are at fault. Shady practices, unaccountable management, and poor customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.
